Inter-Library Loan Clerk

 The Georgia Inter-Library Loan (ILL) program allows patrons who hold a current PINES card borrow materials owned by other library systems. If the Moultrie - Colquitt County Library System does not have the material you need, we can attempt to borrow them through the PINES ILL (Inter-Library Loan) system.

We try to locate a library that owns the material and ask that library to loan it to us. Then we can loan it to you. When the material arrives, we will inform you by telephone.  

We make every effort to fill your request; however, we may be unable to obtain your material because: no other library has purchased it, the material is in heavy demand, the material is rare or a limited edition, the material is a reference work and cannot be loaned, or the material was published within the last 6 months.  

We cannot ILL audio books, videos, or visual equipment. Items may be requested by stopping at the circulation desk. Request may take 5-7 business days to be processed and sent.
